You understand that the content of all postings and classified ads including links, images, and photographs posted on, transmitted through, or linked from this Service are the sole responsibility of the person posting this content on the Service.  You also understand that you are entirely responsible for the content of your postings and classified ads, including the links, images, and photographs included in your ad.  You understand that MDBazaar.com does not control and is not responsible for the content of postings and ads available on this Service, and cannot represent or warranty the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information contained in classified ads posted on this Service.  You agree that you must bear any and all risks associated with use of this Service, and that under no circumstance will MDBazaar.com be liable for any postings or ads provided through this Service.  You acknowledge that MDBazaar.com does not pre-screen or approve classified ads or other postings, but shall have the right to remove and/or delete any posting or classified ad deemed, in our sole discretion, to violate these TOU or for any other reason, or to re-categorize advertisements.

Conduct
You agree not to post or email content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way

• is harassing, degrading, intimidating or hateful towards an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
• violates federal, state, or local employment laws including, but not limited to, equal opportunity or anti-discrimination laws
• impersonates any person or entity, including MDBazaar.com employees, or falsely claims or implies an affiliation with a person or entity
• includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent
• is false, misleading, deceitful, or constitutes "bait-and-switch"
• infringes any trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual agreement
• constitutes or contains unsolicited commercial advertisement, including but not limited to affiliate marketing, junk mail, link referrals, spam, or pyramid schemes
• advertises any illegal service or sale of items which are prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibted or regulated by Texas law.
• contains software viruses or links to any computer code designed to disrupt or damage either this Service or the computers or other equipment of users of this Service
• employs fake or forged email addresses or other identifiers in order to disguise the origin of classified ads transmitted through this Service

• Contact any user of this Service for any reason other than that involving the classified ad(s) posted by that user
• Harass any user of this Service
• Collect personal data about other users for commerical or unlawful purposes
• Use automated means including, but not limited to spiders, robots, or data-mining tools to download data from this service unless authorized by MDBazaar.com
• Post classified ads in a region not local to the job being offered or the item being sold or requested.
• Post the same classified ad in multiple categories or regions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MDBazaar.com's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Service
